Tips- Initiating a Quick Assist

This article covers how to initiate a remote session when asked to do so by helpdesk staff at Concero. 


1. Click the Windows icon and type Quick Assist. You may not have a search bar but when you type the search bar will appear.


2. Enter the code and select submit when provided from the technician.
