How to register on the Concero Education Support desk

Step 1: Visit our website

To register on our support desk, the first step is to visit our website at help.concero.education 

Once on the homepage, click on the Sign Up button in the top left of the page.

Step 2: Click on 'Register'

On the support page, fill out your full name, email, job role and security passphrase. Then click on the 'Register' button located at the bottomof the page. This will take you to the registration page.

Step 3: Verify your email address

After filling in your details, a verification email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click on the verification link in the email to confirm your email address.

Step 5: Log in to the support desk

Once you have verified your email address, you can log in to the support desk using the email address and password you provided during registration.
