By having your mobile number added against your support account, this provides us a number we can call you back on to discuss your support query. This article provides information on how to provide us with your mobile number, if you did not supply this when creating your support account.
1) Head to help.concero.education and sign in to your support account.
You can then select your profile picture -> My Profile
2) Find the mobile number field and enter your number.
