Installing a Broadband Certificate

Step 1: Open the attached certificate from the helpdesk response.

Step 2: Press 'Install Certificate...'

Step 3: Change option to 'Current User' (If it is just yourself) and press 'Next'

For all users logging in, please select 'Local Machine' and press 'Next'

Step 4: Press 'Yes'

Step 5: Change option to 'Place all certificates in the following store' and press 'Browse...'

Step 6: Click on 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities' and then 'OK'

Step 7: Press 'Next'

Step 8: Press 'Finish'
