Splashtop is a tool we use for remoting onto your screen. Below is how to open this so that we can better assist by viewing your screen.
- Go to help.concero.education within your Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser and select Remote Support.
2. Your download should start automatically, if it does not select the relevant option depending on if you are using a Windows computer or a Mac device.
3. Open the downloaded file and provide the randomly generated 9 digit code to your technician. There may be a prompt to click through. Select 'OK'.
