Concero Education - Set a Verification Passphrase

Modified on Tue, 29 Jul at 4:00 PM

A Verification Passphrase is used if you are reaching out to us about sensitive information. Whether it is around your user account access, system issues or data related queries. We need to be confident that we are speaking with the correct person. That is where we use a verification passphrase.

What is a Verification Passphrase?

A verification passphrase is a unique word or phrase that only you and us at Concero know. It is used to allow us to confirm your identity quickly and securely over the phone without needing to rely on other details which could be guessed. This is to protect your data, speed up support and to comply with data protection standards.

What is a good passphrase?

You should choose something which is:

  • Memorable
  • Hard to guess by others
  • Kept private

An example of a good passphrase is a code word that has personal meaning to you such as "greenappleriver".

If you haven't set a verification passphrase yet, please view your options below.

A) If you do not have a support account with us, set one up here where you will be asked to provide a verification passphrase.

B) If you already have a support account with us, follow the guidance below.

1) Head to help.concero.education and sign in to your support account.

You can then select your profile picture -> My Profile

2) You will find the verification passphrase option to enter a phrase and select save.
