Go to Office.com and sign in with your school email and password.
Your office 365 Home page will Look like the image below.
Then on the side of your home screen you will have some buttons which have key apps such as word, excel, PowerPoint and One Drive and Teams. Open Teams which is the purple icon.
When Teams opens, open the calendar option on the left.
You will see a screen that looks like this.
You can now find your Teams meeting to open.
