Staff can pay by card to add money onto their own Arbor account. Sometimes, the school may prefer to take payment at the office rather than giving staff an account. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible for staff to pay by card at the school office rather than using their own account. It may be convenient for teachers and office staff to use their own Arbor account but some schools may not want to create Arbor accounts for staff who would not routinely log into Arbor such as cleaners and site staff.
1) To do this, go to a staff profile. Once the staff profile loads, select Payments on the left side of the profile and then open the meals/relevant account.
2) Once the account loads, you can select "Top up by card". Fill in the amount they would like to pay and a narrative (optional).
3) Enter the staff members payment details to make payment. If the payment is successful, you will be notified with the green tick.
