Win 10/11 - Opening PDF Files within Word

This article covers opening PDF Files specifically within Microsoft Word


Opening as a one-time change:

To open in a different program as a one-time change, you should navigate to the file that you wish to open, then right click the file and hover over "Open with...."


This will then allow you to select "Choose another app"




Scroll through the apps which you are presented with, you can then select "Word". You may be given the option over just once OR always depending on preference.
