Win 10/11 - Create a colour overlay or high contrast theme

Windows 10/11 have built in settings to change the colour, theme, and appearance of your desktop. There are high contrast themes, colour schemes, and themes suitable to reduce eye strain.

1. Either press the Start button, or type 'Settings' in the search 


2. Choose 'Accessibility' and then go to 'Colour Filter' or 'Contrast Themes'


From there, you can choose the appropriate settings to adjust the screen for your purposes.
