Your device has been updated

 Let’s get started!

Concero has worked with your school to move your device and data to the cloud. This is a major change, and we want to make sure everything is ready for you to get started with as little disruption as possible.

? Logging in for the First Time

  • Use the correct username and password
These may have changed. Your school leaders will have your updated details.
  • You’ll use this login for everything on your device
  • Set up security features
     When prompted:
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – You’ll need the Microsoft Authenticator App to log in when outside school.
    • Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) – Set up your mobile number and personal email so you can reset your password anytime.

? Your Files, Emails, and Shared Drives

  • All your files are now in OneDrive
Just open File Explorer > Documents to access them.
  • Shared Drives should appear in File Explorer as before.
  • Email, calendars, and contacts have all been moved – open Outlook to check everything is there.
  • Important: Files in your Downloads folder are not backed up – avoid storing anything critical there.

 Something Missing?

No need to worry – if something isn’t quite right:

  • Log a ticket explaining what’s missing or not working.
  • We don’t delete anything from your server or cloud storage, so it will be somewhere!
  • If you’re missing software, let us know – we can usually install it remotely, without needing your device.

? Need Help?

We’re available all summer – don’t wait until September!

You don’t need to wait for your technician – most issues can be fully supported remotely.
