Setting a printer code for Non-managed KM printers

To get your printing to come out after entering your printer code, please search for "Printers and scanners" on your device, Go to the relevant printer you want to change settings for, click the printer then "Printer preferences", On the right corner of the popup box it should say "ID & PRINT" And look like this

If it doesnt, please Go to the "All tab" and change "Output method" to "ID&Print", then you will need to click "Authentication" and you will see the below screen

You will need to enter your user name and pincode for the printer where I have here, it will need to be exactly as it appears on the printer including upper and lowercase letters, click verify and it should say "Verification successful", if you have performed all these steps then your printing will not come out until you have entered your username and pin code on the printer
