This guide covers using the User Automate portal as a school user to reset passwords.
1) Login to the Salamander portal - https://www.salamanderforpartners.co.uk/
If you cannot login at this point, you may not be an authorised user. - Please log a ticket so we can check if you are authorised.
2) Select "Manage User Matching" to access the list of all students.
3) Next, find a user in the list going to the Staff or Student tab and searching for their name. Once found, go to the three dots next to their email and select Reset Password to do individuals.
To reset in bulk, tick the users and then go to the top right to "Selected Users" and select "Reset Password".
4) You will be given the option of the password going to yourself via email and whether you would like to require the user to reset this on the next logon.
5) You can also view the reset password by selecting the "Key" icon next to the email.
