These steps must be completed prior to a migration, if the migration date has passed, please contact our helpdesk
Microsoft Forms
- Microsoft Forms must be manually migrated by you, prior to the migration
- If a form is currently be used, it cannot be migrated until data collection is complete.
- If you need any submitted data, you can export and download the results to an excel file - save this to your server area, or OneDrive to ensure it gets migrated
- You can then create a share link to create a copy of your questions to import into your new account: Share a form or quiz to collaborate - Microsoft Support
Microsoft Sway
- Your sway must be manually migrated before your migration
- Previous Sway links will still work in the short term, after a migration. However, eventually these will stop working with no notice.

Microsoft Power Automate
