Microsoft Forms

  • Microsoft Forms must be manually migrated by you, prior to the migration
  • If a form is currently be used, it cannot be migrated until data collection is complete.
  • If you need any submitted data, you can export and download the results to an excel file - save this to your server area, or OneDrive to ensure it gets migrated
  • You can then create a share link to create a copy of your questions to import into your new account: Share a form or quiz to collaborate - Microsoft Support

Microsoft Sway

  • Your sway must be manually migrated before your migration
  • Previous Sway links will still work in the short term, after a migration. However, eventually these will stop working with no notice.
  • Follow this guide to share your sway with your new account, to allow you to edit and publish: Share your Sway - Microsoft Support
