This article is only relevant if your school has had a project to move to the cloud

Your login details

  • Not everyone's logins change in a cloud migration. Please confirm with your school leadership or your CXM if the below applies.
    • Your email address may have changed - if so this will apply to you
    • Your password has changed, but email is the same - this will apply to you
Your email address and password will be provided to your school project contact once created

First Login

  • You will be required to set up MFA on your first login. You can find a guide for this here
    • The Microsoft Authenticator App does not give school access to your device it only allows you to logon when off the school internet. (IE at home)
    • You will need your phone to complete the registration, but subsequent logins whilst connected to school wifi or wired network, won't need you to use the app.
  • You will need to setup Self Password Reset. You can find a guide to this here
    • This allows you to provide your private mobile number and a private email address - so if you forget your school username and password, a code can be sent to these accounts, to help you reset your account.
    • The details are used for no other reason, and the accounts/numbers you provide should not be accessible by anyone else.
    • Your email account must not be your school account, as you won't be able to access this if you forget your password
  • You may be prompted to change your password.
  • You may be prompted to login to OneDrive, Cloud Drive Mapper or Printix  - for these, use your Microsoft Username and Password you used to login to the device.
