Within Arbor, there is a master search feature which is accessible for all. This feature will save you a lot of time rather than navigating around the other areas of Arbor. The search is located to the right of the top menu. What you can view will depend on your business role permissions.
You may wish to search for students, this gives you their class as well. (In case of duplicate names) This takes you to their student profile. Where you can update their records.
You may wish to search for a staff member to view their profile. Information may be very limited dependent on your business role.
You are able to search for parents, this will bring you to their parent profile. If you wanted to update the parent profile or log communications.
You can search for courses and registration forms. This may be useful to view the assignments or behaviour of a class. You can even download a student list.
Entire year groups can be searched for.
If you required a list of all the students in a house or required to edit who was in a particular house. This can be accessed from a master search as well.
