Arbor - Club Attendance for individual students

Modified on Thu, 25 Jan at 12:18 PM

This article goes over the ability to create an attendance certificate for your club members to see if they have missed any sessions. To be able to do this, the article assumes you already have your club created and you are actively taking attendance for these sessions.

1) Go to School -> Custom Report Writer and when the page loads up go to the top left and select "Create New Report".

2) Select Create New Report again and make the context about Students.

3) Select the effective date as this year and then go to Next.

4) On the column selection screen, you will want to keep the student name column. You will want to add the Club Present Attendance for all clubs. This column can then be filtered to the name of your club. Once happy with your columns, go to Preview Columns and Continue.

5) On the reorder columns screen you do not need to move any columns, go to "Continue to column sorting".

6) On the sort columns screen select "Save and Continue".

7) On your filters screen, you will want to add a filter. The filter will be set to is one of and select your club so that only members of this club are reported on. Otherwise you will have the entire school (most of which will show N/A next to them.) Select Save and Next.

8) On groupings, you can skip this and go to next.

9) On collations, you can either choose to skip this or group the students by their registration form.
