Troubleshooting - My Interactive TV

Please try the following in this order:
- Restart your device.
- Please check your video cables are plugged in on both ends. Your cables may look like one of these.



- Please try Windows key + P on the keyboard on your PC and select duplicate.

- Cycle through the inputs on your board to ensure that you have got it set to the right one, this will be via the buttons on your interactive TV or remote controller. As the board may need setting to a HDMI input.

- Ensure your device is up to date Win10/11 - How to update your device.

After you have done these checks, it may be a physical problem with the computer, board or wall ports which an on site technician may need to check.
